  Notes:
1. The schedule will slightly change according to the seasons. Generally it tries to avoid too much darkness in the winters (shorter midday break) and too much sun in the summers (longer midday break).
2. Students are not forced to participate each and every training. Amount and intensity of the training will be adapted to the students individual conditions.
